TerraStab

TerraStab, is a climate-tech start-up founded in 2024 by Philippe Isselin and Didier Rovel. It develops an IoT-based soil stabilization system to prevent structural damage from clay soil shrink–swell (RGA), a risk threatening millions of houses worldwide. The solution combines connected soil sensors, automated irrigation, and a cloud-based algorithm enriched with satellite weather data and Earth Observation imagery. EO data optimize kit configuration, satellite weather inputs strengthen predictive models, and mapping helps target high-risk zones, making TerraStab a preventive, affordable and scalable alternative to costly civil engineering works.
